About the trip
In April 2026, International Lesbians Barcelona hosted its first Weekend Getaway in the beautiful Catalan countryside.
The weekend brought together women from different countries for a full-board experience, including shared meals, outdoor activities, and plenty of opportunities to connect. Vegan options and other dietary requirements were catered for throughout the stay.
From a cowboy-themed BBQ night and evening celebrations to volleyball games, yoga sessions, and painting workshops, the weekend was filled with activities.

What made it special?
What made the experience truly memorable, however, was the involvement of the community itself. Members took the initiative to organize activities, share their interests, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
